As some people may already know, my mother is in the hospital and she is very sick. If you have a moment, please send a word of prayer out for her recovery. It is very much appreciated at this difficult time.
She had a perforated ulcer that became infected and caused a hole in her stomach. It was patched during emergency surgery, but an abcess formed and she had to have surgery for that. She's still recovering from the infection and will be in the hospital for at least another week. She just came off of a ventelator yesterday, so that is a sign of progress. We're just hoping that nothing else goes wrong.
